Messages sent via this page, travel via the internet to the mesh cell concerned and then out via bluetooth to the local handset. The cellular networks are not used during this transmission, the delivery of the message is handled entirely by LocustWorld MeshAP nodes.

This works natively on bluetooth enabled mobile phones such as the Nokia 7650.
