Wiana is a community driven organisation, the purpose of which, is to ensure the most accessible, stable, secure and cost effective wireless address management. Where the traditional internet registries cannot serve end users, who now own their "last mile", wiana fills the gap.

Wiana is currently hosting the LocustWorld mesh management system. Entire groups of nodes are updated through the web interface. Environmental, traffic and connectivity sensing are all reported. Users and bandwidth levels can be edited and the mesh managed from any internet terminal.
